Up to $1250 per day inc. super
Hybrid (3 days WFH) – Melbourne, Sydney, Canberra or Brisbane

We're looking for an experienced Senior Security Analyst to join a team working on a major cloud modernisation project with a leading consultancy. You’ll be supporting security teams by helping build and improve cloud security capabilities for an important platform.

What you’ll do

• Carry out security assessments and provide ongoing support.

• Help design and implement strong security controls based on your experience.

• Give clear, practical advice on security designs and improvements.

• Use your AWS knowledge to guide cloud security work.

• Spot security risks, assess them, and suggest ways to fix or reduce them.

• Support IRAP assessments and help prepare Statements of Applicability (SoA) in a government-aligned environment.

What you need

• Solid experience in finding and fixing security risks.

• Hands-on skills with AWS security tools and reviewing code for security issues.

• Understanding of good security practices for APIs.

• Familiarity with security frameworks, preferably in government or regulated sectors.

• Experience helping with IRAP assessments and creating SoA documents.

• Good knowledge of AWS services and how to keep them secure.
